1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SunKey Asset Management Services Pvt. Ltd.'s website, reports, advisory outputs, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

2. Description of Services

SunKey provides renewable energy asset management services, including operations & maintenance oversight, technical advisory, financial & commercial management, and technology-led monitoring. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your engagement. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (c) interfere with or disrupt our operations; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; (e) use automated tools to extract data without written permission.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data generated by your renewable assets and shared with SunKey ("Client Data"). You grant SunKey a limited licence to process Client Data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed Services. We do not sell Client Data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

SunKey and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all methodologies, models, reports, and documentation produced by SunKey. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in SunKey's intellectual property beyond the right to use deliverables for your internal business purposes as agreed.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed in connection with the Services and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
